ACCOUNTING AND POWER BI MANAGEMENT FOR A LISTED COMPANY<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Our client is a listed company, managing over 200 entities in France, Spain and Italy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For 60 of these entities, the company called on Becouze to consolidate and harmonise accounting management, as well as to set up cost accounting to monitor the forecast budget established by the marketing department.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Optimising company accounting<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

60 different entities, 60 different ways of keeping accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this context, our role is to secure the management of payments and harmonise the chart of accounts of these entities in order to control the budget and optimise taxation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faced with a complex set of specifications, the Becouze teams began by benchmarking the tools best suited to the company’s needs. They were then able to contribute to a number of different projects:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Bookkeeping and tax management using FULLL <\/strong>software,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Management of contribution calls, reminders and formal notices for outstanding invoices using MEG <\/strong>invoicing software,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Installation of YOOZ <\/strong>software to optimise the invoice validation workflow for the various entities,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • Sending out invitations to General Meetings via the MAILEVA <\/strong>application and presenting the financial statements at General Meetings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          Installing a powerful account analysis solution<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          In addition to this accounting mission, the company wanted to provide its operators with the most accurate accounts analysis tool possible, so that they could visualise the company’s actual cash flows and compare them with their initial budget. Our IT team therefore suggested that the company use Power BI <\/strong>software to format and analyse all their financial data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          To achieve this, an RPA (robotic process automation) <\/strong>was first put in place to extract all the necessary files from the FULLL accounting production tool. This automation makes the process faster and more reliable, so that the accounting data can be updated quickly in Power BI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Through this, Power BI users can compare the company’s budget and actual flows in an instant. But that’s not all: since the tool is based on general ledgers and aged balances, why not go one step further? By creating various tabs for monitoring cash flow and outstanding invoices, Becouze has enabled the company to easily complete its data analysis.
